A & H was put together by Harvey Henderson, Originally, it was a construction company working on highways, airports, logging, etc...using caterpillars & scrapers.

In the Early 60's, Harvey bought a churn drill from G & G Well Drilling. Harvey proceeded to take over G & G Well Drilling which had been in business since 1945. Shortly after, A & H purchased a new Speedstar Churn Drill. In 1972 we bought a new S.S. 15  Air Rotary with a casing hammer. This was the first Air Rotary in western Canada, and the second along the North American west coast.

Harvey Henderson passed away in 1972. He was one of the prominent pioneers in the establishing of the B.C. Well Drillers Association.

In 1973, we purchased another S.S. 15 Air Rotary. During this period we also did Diamond Drilling. during the following years, we worked at contracts all over British Columbia. This included the mining industry, Dam sites, Explorations, Industrial Irrigation, Elevator Shafts, Pile Driving and Domestic Water Wells. We were active in the Hat Creek Coal Project, Highland Valley Mines and Expo. We drilled test sites for B.C. Hydro Dams.

In the year 1999, John McDonald, took over A & H well Drilling. He purchased a new Dual Rotary D. R. 24, allowing him to stay at the front end of the industry, where he is today.
